I will not resort to silly tricks like putting a resistor on the motor to correct the speed, suggesting the use of a matchbook to align the cartridge properly, or cutting a spring to get a few more years out of it. If I can only get it working "most of the time", it will be returned to you in that condition with a FULL REFUND minus shipping costs. While it's true that I have many trade secrets and alternate fixes due to parts availability issues, I will only accept payment when I can give you a PROPERLY FUNCTIONING MACHINE FOR LIFE. |
| Full stock of medical supplies at all times We continuously stock hundreds of belts for popular models, as well as NOS Delco transistors, NOS motors from the 70's for almost all 8 track machines (I have 40 years' worth of parts connections), and possess many trade secrets and all needed medical journals. Occasionally, however, I do have to transplant a spleen, heart or make an artificial lung. Since I'm able to heal about 95% of all 8 track patients that lie on the operating table, I have very few organ donors at hand and some research is necessary - may increase turnaround. If any extra charges will apply, approval is sought beforehand. |
| We don't rush to make a quick dollar! My emphasis is on one thing, and one thing only: RELIABILITY. While I'm a very fast mover by day at work, I am an ARTIST in my exam room while I perform work on my patients. The ER doctors are the local repair techs who are under pressure to fix it fast, make the shop money "or else". I'm the specialist your Honey sees when other doctors didn't fix ALL ailments or don't have the parts, and I take the time necessary to make sure she will be a great performer for years. If you're planning to show off your baby at the next car show, please schedule repairs at least 3 months in advance. |
| We place all emphasis on reliability My specialty is restoring your loved one's HEALTH and LONGEVITY. I don't do cosmetic work of any kind, and have no idea where you can find new faceplates, knobs, paint codes, rechroming services, etc. If you can manage to find them, I will install any customer-supplied cosmetics at no extra charge. My area of skill is in the mechanics and electronics. |
